How we work.
We will be appointed by your insurance company either directly or through a network and we will manage your claim on both your and their behalf.
We will then:
- Appoint a Surveyor to visit your property.
- Inspect and Photograph the damage to your property.
- Establish the cause of the damage and prepare a reinstatement schedule.
If your claim is accepted, your insurer will pay the cost of any repairs less any policy excess.
